  • Send an email to [email protected] with the subject title "Delete my account"

  • It must be sent from the same e-mail that owns the account

  • You will then get a confirmation inside of the Moni app to confirm closing your account

  • A service ticket will be created, we will provide instructions on how to move the funds to another wallet. We cannot delete accounts that have balances on them
